Job Description :
Software engineers build shrink-wrapped and custom software tools that help our clients and consulting teams make multi-million dollar decisions. In close collaboration with project and client teams, we design and build software from the ground up, develop a deep understanding of the business issues that our software systems address, and establish expertise in object-oriented design, user interface design, algorithms, web interfaces and quality assurance
The Software group exposes you to all aspects of software product development, from the earliest conceptual design to the final release. You are provided with a lot of responsibility and flexibility. The work will involve interaction with end-users. As you gain experience, your responsibilities expand to include design, project management, people management, and practice area development. You will work on a variety of projects, strengthening both your software development skills and your business acumen. Our projects range from web-based tools for sales reps to high-end mapping applications to large-scale parallel optimization frameworks, so there is always something new to learn.

Software group members have degrees in computer science, the physical sciences, engineering or mathematics, to name a few. For the Software Tester position we need candidates with the following specific skills:
• Good knowledge of manual testing.
• Write and execute test scenarios following quality processes.
• Create test data along with test cases and test plans.
• Exposure to Automation testing is an added advantage.
For the Software Automation Tester position we need candidates with the following specific skills:
• Good knowledge of testing fundamentals
• Good knowledge of web applications is highly desirable
• Understanding of automation framework
• Experience in writing UI automation scripts using any language
• Experience in writing performance automation scripts
• Create test data along with automation scripts
• Knowledge / exposure to all aspects of SDLC/STLC
