NOC Support Engineer


Job Description :
1.Proactive Disk Space Management
2.Health Checking of Server
3.Startup/shutdown of system
4.Server backup (system state) management and taking ghost backups
5.Back up and restoring server data
6.Daily backup and weekly backup


Maintaining and managing Backup schedules from Backup software


Reporting Support
1. Checking logs regularly and keeping backups.
2. Call logging, analysis and reporting, maintain downtime registers of various hardware,
3. Daily Reporting and weekly reporting
4. Maintaining statistics based on call logging and monitoring
5. Maintaining Status and Performance reports for the logged calls


Desired Profile :
Knowledge on Backup, ADS, IP Address, DHCP, DNS, RAID Levels
only local candidates are eligible.

B.E / BSC - IT / post Graduates Don't Apply
Candidates who have appeared for interview 3 months before are not eligible


Please note: There is no field work invoved.


Experience required: 0- 3yrs


CTC – 72,000pa (for freshers) – up till 1.80 L pa (experienced upto 3yrs)
