Job Description
Fresher The job requires good understanding of business operations and the candidate would be expected to provide:
Customer support for our software products.
Product Installation and user training.
Support by phone, email, team-viewer.
Test & approve updates and patches.
Understand customer feedback and requirements and report back
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate must have
Good knowledge of Windows, networking concepts, anti-virus, popular software applications like office, email, browsers.
Knowledge of Business applications like Tally, busy or similar application.
Knowledge of business processes like accounts, inventory, administration etc.
Experience of installing software applications, user training and understanding customer requirements.
