Analyst - Property Services
Job Description :
• To conduct a daily review of Quality Scorecards from all initiatives delivered to stores
• Providing feedback to delivery managers about Quality Scorecard KPI's
• Tracking and reporting management information on Supplier/Main Contractor performance on initiatives
• To track supplier/main contractor compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements on Quality Scorecard return
• Contributing to service and process improvement projects within the team giving tangible benefits to the organisation
• Have an in-depth understanding of the My Property systems infrastructure
• Measure progress in meeting the targets in the Property Steering Wheel
• Identify and understand trends in contractor behavior and provide a clear summary of all feedback from stores
What good looks like:
• Data is clearly summarised into the following KPI's:
• Each Quality Scorecard KPI for each initiative/store
• Compliance with Agreed Quality Scorecard return timelines, supplier by supplier
• % of Blue, Green, Ambre, Red KPI's by supplier
• League tables based on performance are issued weekly to delivery Managers
• Quality Scorecards are filed in an agreed location in My Property
Desired Profile :
Bachelor of Arts
Strong written and oral command of English. Should have worked with foreign clients in the past Very strong MS Office skills ( Advanced Excel)
Years of Experience : Working knowledge of Excel, Access or any Business Intelligence Applications Fresher or 1 years of work experience in KPO with Retail sector experience.
