Therelek Engineers, since 1964, is a leader in the manufacture of High Temperature Furnaces, Heat Treating Systems in India and abroad.
As of today we are a workforce of a hundred and fifty people.
Our services include specialty consulting, manufacture & maintenance of custom built furnaces catering to an array of industrial applications such as Hardening, Annealing, Sintering, Vacuum Annealing, Nitriding, Carburizing and Controlled Atmosphere Heat Treatment up to 2500°C.

In 2009, we became the first commercial heat treater in India to be accredited with the NADCAP certification.

NADCAP accreditation is recognized for exclusive aerospace / aircraft component heat treatment and for customers who are OEM suppliers to Boeing, Airbus, McDonald, Rolls Royce, Pratt, Whitney etc.

Design Engineer (0-5 yrs exp)

Job Description :

Mechanical Design and Development Engineer
-As a part of the R&D team, to design and draft equipment (Furnaces) as per the customer requirement.
-Interface with the customer, manufacturing engineers and external subcontractors
-Design refinement and optimization.
-Work on AutoCad, Solidworks/CATIA, MS Excel.

Design Analysis Engineer
-As a part of the R&D team, to design and draft equipment (Furnaces) and optimize the design through CAE - FEA.
-Work on Nastran, Ansys and other related CAE tools, AutoCad.

Desired Profile :

Mechanical Design and Development Engineer
- Good understanding of the elements of Mechanical Design
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Solidworks/CATIA, MS Excel
- Ability to interface with customers as well as the production team (production engineers,fabricators, floor supervisors etc)

or

Design Analysis Engineer
- Good understanding of the elements of Mechanical Design
- Proficiency in Nastran, Ansys, AutoCad, MS Excel

Education Profile :
Engineers, Diploma holders, Science graduates can apply.
Experienced candidates preferred, few positions reserved for freshers.
